If I were you, I'd take a step back,

And breathe in the beauty that surrounds your track.

I'd let go of worries, of fears and of doubts,

And trust that the universe has your back, without a rout.

If I were you, I'd shine my light so bright,

And let the world see the beauty that's in your sight.

I'd dance in the rain, and sing in the sun,

And let my spirit soar, until the day is done.

If I were you, I'd be kind to my soul,

And treat myself with love, making me whole.

I'd take time to heal, to mend and to repair,

And prioritize my well-being, with self-care.

If I were you, I'd chase my dreams with glee,

And never let fear hold me back, but set me free.

I'd believe in myself, and my abilities too,

And know that I'm capable, of achieving all I pursue.

If I were you, I'd love myself just the same,

Flaws and all, imperfections, and all the shame.

I'd recognize my worth, and my value too,

And treat myself with kindness, as I would do to you.
